Leaving nothing but a trail of hoof prints, you’ll trot and gallop through the forest and palm-fringed beaches on this horseback ride. You will have the opportunity to experience the landscape of the Dominican Republic exactly as nature intended.
From the hotel, you will arrive at a traditional ranch where you will be given all the equipment you need and matched with a horse. Then, inside the stirrups and climbing into the saddle, you’ll head out into untouched countryside with only peace and quiet all around you.
You’ll take the lead through forest trails, going in and out of shady spots and spotting wildlife as we go, until we reach the mouth of the Maimon River, a protected area. Then, you will pass by sugar-white beaches before arriving at the ranch once more.
